Community Health Outreach at Radiant Health Centers

At Radiant Health Centers, we aim to educate and inform the community about LGBTQ+ health equity and how to avoid HIV transmission. Knowing your status and how to prevent HIV is crucial to stopping the spread of HIV.

Helping Clients

• Treatment Educators: Our educators help clients work with their doctors to make informed decisions and get the most out of HIV treatments.

Preventing HIV

• Prevention Educators: We work with people at risk of getting or spreading HIV to stop its transmission in the community.

Raising Awareness

• Life Skills Workshops: We offer workshops for people living with HIV to help them manage their health and well-being.

Connecting with the Community: Our health outreach workers connect individuals and families in Orange County to healthcare services by partnering with schools, community organizations, and social service programs. They conduct educational sessions to raise awareness about the low-cost and free services we offer.

Bringing Health Services to You: Our outreach team provides essential health services to low-income families and children in Orange County. We hold health presentations, do preliminary health exams, and provide educational resources at community events and schools. Our presentations are available in English and Spanish and cover the importance of medical, oral, and mental health. We also distribute bilingual health materials to help families take care of their bodies, minds, and spirits.

Advocating for Health: At Radiant Health Centers, we believe healthcare is a fundamental human right. Our community outreach and advocacy services focus on working with patients and partners to remove barriers to health and well-being for everyone.
