Radiant’s Clinical Provider Team

Radiant Health Centers’ provider team brings together caring professionals from our medical, behavioral health, and social services programs to support each patient as a whole person. Our medical team focuses on keeping patients healthy and managing ongoing care, including specialized HIV services. Our behavioral health team provides a safe, supportive space for mental and emotional wellness, while our social services team helps connect patients to everyday essentials like housing, food, and community resources. Together, they share a simple but powerful goal: to meet people where they are and walk alongside them on their health journey.
