Radiant Health Centers (RHC) seeks an outpatient Family Medicine & HIV Physician/NP who provides patients with high-quality, compassionate, and evidence-based care. The right candidate must have a passion for providing services to all patients, particularly the LGBTQ+ and underserved communities, and working closely with a diverse healthcare team. We offer flexible schedules (including telehealth) and excellent benefits.

With a team of caring and committed individuals and dedicated volunteers, RHC is working to eliminate the stigma and overcome health disparities impacting the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Questioning + (LGBTQ+) community. And as RHC branches out to provide full-scope primary care with a focus on underserved communities, we seek candidates who are passionate in providing care to patients of all ages, genders, and backgrounds.

RHC is proud to be the only LGBTQ+ medical clinic in Orange County. We are actively working to become a Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) in the near future.

Job Requirements:

  • Perform medical procedures as needed and counsel patients.
  • Furnish medical treatment, consultation, and diagnosis as defined by RHC’s protocols and treatment guidelines including medical histories and physicals.
  • Diagnose and/or treat acute health care problems such as illnesses, infections, or injuries.
  • Prescribe and/or dispense medications, counsel patients about drug regimens, possible side-effects or interactions with other substances.
  • Maintain complete and detailed records of patient’s health care plans and prognoses.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualities and qualifications:

  • 3-5 years post-residency/training experience in direct patient care preferred
  • AAHIVS certification preferred, but not required
  • Experience working and sensitivity towards the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer +(LGBTQ+) population
  • Knowledge in PrEP/PEP/hormone replacement therapy
  • Experience working in FQHCs or community clinics
  • A current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of California
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred

Medical Director

Medical Director

Radiant Health Centers (RHC) seeks a Medical Director to join our team. This position directs and oversees a system of care to include linkages with referral specialists, inpatient facilities and oversight of preventative health and chronic disease management programs. Supervises mid-level providers and provides direct patient care on a limited as needed basis. Advocates for and promotes the agency in the community. 

With a team of caring and committed individuals and hundreds of dedicated volunteers, RHC is working to eliminate the stigma and overcome health disparities impacting the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer + (LGBTQ+) community by providing healthy and compassionate care options. 

RHC is proud to be the only LGBTQ+ medical clinic in Orange County. We are working to become a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). 

The Medical Director will: 

  • Provide patient care and perform medical procedures according to privileges issued. 
  • Assess, develop, direct, review and implement medical and patient care policies, procedures, and protocols. 
  • Provide oversight for quality improvement and take corrective actions as needed. 
  • Collaborate with management to ensure state and federal medical compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements for clinical services as well as managing the application for accreditation and regulatory programs.
  • Provide medical education, consultation, and supervision for clinical staff to include documented review of patient charts. 
  • Establish linkage with pharmacy, dental care, and community referral entities, social support resources to improve and expand the scope of services available through community referrals. 
  • Provide expertise to resolve complex or unique administrative issues effectively and efficiently. 

 We are looking for candidates with the following qualities: 

  • Doctor of Medicine degree
  • A minimum of 5 years post-residency experience in direct patient care.
  • 5-10 years healthcare leadership experience.
  • Substantial experience and expertise in the development of medical policies, procedures, and programs required.
  • Experience in health care administration for a FQHC (Federally Qualified Health Clinic).
  • FAMPAC experience required.
  • A working knowledge of clinical medicine and medical practice.
  • Knowledge of community health centers, public health, quality management, patient safety, risk management, accreditations standards, healthcare compliance, medical delivery systems, peer review, benefits and medical staff relations.
  • Experience working and sensitivity toward the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer+ (LGBTQ+) population.
  • Experience with providing PEP services preferred.
  • PrEP and family services background. Experience with transgender community, hormone therapy, STDs (sexually transmitted diseases) and screening preferred.
  • Ability to clearly articulate the vision and mission of the organization which translates to inspiring and generating interest in the agency or a call to action

Housing Navigator

Housing Navigator

Radiant Health Centers (RHC) is seeking a Housing Navigator to assist individuals in finding suitable housing solutions. The Housing Navigator will be responsible for guiding and supporting clients through the complex process of securing stable housing, navigating resources, and advocating for their housing needs. 

With a team of caring and committed individuals and dedicated volunteers, RHC is working to eliminate the stigma and overcome health disparities impacting the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Questioning + (LGBTQ+) community by providing healthy and compassionate care options. 

 Job Requirements: 

  • Utilize the Coordinated Entry Systems (CES) to identify eligible individuals for permanent housing and permanent supportive housing programs. 
  • Guide and assist clients in navigating housing resources, including filling out applications, developing Individualized Housing Support Plans, and advocating on their behalf. 
  • Establish and maintain relationships with landlords, property managers, and housing agencies to secure suitable housing options for clients. 
  • Link clients to community resources and supportive services, such as mental health services, job training, and other supportive programs to ensure their successful transition into stable housing. 
  • Maintain accurate and up to date client records and documentation of housing search efforts and client progress. 

 The ideal candidate will have the following qualities and qualifications:

  • Associate degree in a social service-related field or 2 years of combined experience, related to case management, housing supportive services and working with the homeless population.
  • Experience and knowledge of Coordinated Entry Systems (CES), local housing authorities, and ability to create partnerships with local landlords, realtors, and property management.
  • Experience in the LGBTQ+ community is a plus.
  • Training in Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Informed Care, and Harm Reduction a plus.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
  • Valid Driver’s License and Proof of Car Insurance.
