Staff Accountant

Radiant Health Centers (RHC) seeks a Staff Accountant to join our finance team. This position assists in the overall fiscal control of the organization, including, but not limited to, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, auditing, receipts, disbursements and related financial statements and year end closings.

With a team of caring and committed individuals and hundreds of dedicated volunteers, RHC is working to eliminate the stigma and overcome health disparities impacting the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer + (LGBTQ+) community by providing healthy and compassionate care options.

RHC is the largest Orange County provider for such healthcare services and is currently expanding its capacity with plans to create a dedicated Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) for the LGBTQ+ community.

The Staff Accountant will be reporting to the Director of Finance and will:

  • Prepare recurring month end journal entries, including, but not limited to, cash receipts, agency overhead allocation, identify pre-paid expense entries, bank and account reconciliation.
  • Identify and assemble all pertinent documentation, forms, and reports for reimbursement from various public and private grants
  • Support the preparation of monthly financial statements for the agency as well as the various governmental and private foundation grants
  • Assists with compilation of lead schedules for third party and government audits
  • Assists with preparation of annual budget and other forecasting tools
  • Support the analysis and development of systems and processes that provide high quality of information to funding sources, the RHC management team and the RHC Board of Directors
  • Support the department in A/P, A/R, Payroll, and other clerical duties as assigned

Nurse Practitioner (Part-time)

Radiant Health Centers (RHC) seeks a part-time (up to 20 hours a week) Nurse Practitioner. In this position you will have the opportunity to work with a patient-centered and compassionate healthcare team. The Nurse Practitioner provides advanced sexual health care, prescribes treatments, and serves as a patient’s primary healthcare provider.

The Nurse Practitioner will:

  • Diagnose and/or treat acute healthcare problems such as illnesses, infections, or injuries. Prescribe treatments or therapies.
  • Specimen(s) collection, administration of treatments, performing point of care lab tests.
  • Prescribe medications, counsel patients about drug regimens, possible side-effects orinteractions with other substances.
  • Maintain complete and detailed records of patient’s health care plans and prognoses.
  • Serve as site certifier for the Family Planning, Access Care and Treatment (Family PACT)Program and will be responsible for overseeing the family planning services. We are looking for candidates with the following qualities and qualifications:
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience.
  • Master of Science in Nursing.
  • Prefer bilingual (Spanish/English).
  • Nurse Practitioner License and Furnishing Number/License, DEA License, CHDP certified
  • HIV Certification Preferred
  • Knowledge of PrEP and PEP preferred.
  • Experience working and sensitivity towards the LGBTQ + population.

Case Manager Assistant – Full-time

Radiant Health Centers (RHC), seeks a full-time (40 hours a week) Case Manager Assistant who is responsible for assisting with a wide variety of case management functions.

With a team of caring and committed individuals and hundreds of dedicated volunteers, RHC is working to eliminate the stigma and overcome health disparities impacting the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer + (LGBTQ+) community by providing healthy and compassionate care options.

The Case Manager Assistant will:

  • Translate and interpret for case management staff with monolingual Spanishspeaking clients.
  • Follow up with clients on case management needs as directed by Case Managers
    and assist with Case Manager of the day calls.
  • Create charts and organize closed client charts.
  • Assist Case Managers with administrative tasks such as fill the cabinet with forms,order forms, take minutes for clinical staff meetings, create Case Managers work
    schedules, update physician lists, order supplies, and schedule meetings,
  • Assist with audits.
  • Arrange mental health and medication co-pays.
  • Request labs from doctors and verification of disease (VOD), order durable medicalequipment (DME) and certificate of Eligibility Waivers.
  • Liaison between Lifeline phone alert service and RHC.
  • Assist the Case Manager of the day with calls.
  • Assist with training new Social Workers, Case Managers and Nurses.We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required
  • High School diploma or G.E.D preferred. Comparable experience is acceptable in lieuof a diploma.
  • Ability to follow directions and instructions.
  • Organizational abilities and the ability to file alphabetically.
  • Must demonstrate professional telephone etiquette and the ability to interact with adiverse group of people.
  • Individual must demonstrate good judgment.
  • Must have the ability to work with diverse client, volunteer, and employee populations.

Radiant Health Centers (RHC) seeks an experienced Junior Nonprofit Salesforce Administrator to join our development team. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, data entry, support, maintenance, and improvement of our database.

The Junior Nonprofit Salesforce Administrator is responsible for

  • Serve as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment with 10 users.
  • Handle all basic administrative functions including data entry, data integrity, user maintenance, modification of page layouts, generation of reports and dashboards, creation of new fields and other routine tasks.
  • Gather detailed requests for improvements or changes to the system and implement these changes as appropriate.
  • Automate processes using Salesforce tools such as process builder, approval processes, validation rules, and Nonprofit Success Pack features such as engagement plans and levels.
  • Manage less complex Salesforce integrations – those not handled by a Salesforce Developer or Consultant/Partner.
  • Identify, install, and maintain appropriate apps from the AppExchange for event management, mass email, donation handling, donor prospecting, and more.
  • Train new users and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization.

The Receptionist is the first point of contact for client and patients who are either accessing social services or health care through our medical clinic. Since this position is a critical first step in our service process, we are looking for an individual who has the ability to quickly respond and adapt to a variety of situations, work with diverse clients/patients and demonstrate professionalism in a variety of situations.

The Receptionist is responsible for

  • Managing and evaluating incoming calls to determine level of importance, and the type of assistance and information to provide within area of responsibility, as well as direct calls appropriately.
  • Responding to inquiries in a courteous manner. Resolving complaints in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Checking-in and scheduling patients for their appointments.
  • Expediting patient processing by having them complete appropriate forms. Review for completeness.
  • Obtaining patient identification and insurance information.
  • Maintaining patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information. Entering patient demographics into the database.
  • Providing basic information about the agency, programs or services provided.
  • Assisting and supporting staff with a variety of administrative tasks and projects such as ordering business cards, name plates, setting up phone system accounts.

High school diploma or equivalent experience. Bilingual Spanish required.

MAT (Medication Assisted Treatment) Care Navigator – Full-time

Radiant Health Centers (RHC), seeks a full-time (40 hours a week) MAT Care Navigator who is responsible for coordinating care for the patient. The position supports all MAT Providers and other staff to improve outcomes with substance abuse disorders.

With a team of caring and committed individuals and hundreds of dedicated volunteers, RHC is working to eliminate the stigma and overcome health disparities impacting the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer + (LGBTQ+) community by providing healthy and compassionate care options.

RHC is the largest Orange County provider for such healthcare services and is currently expanding its capacity with plans to create a dedicated Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) for the LGBTQ+ community.

The MAT Care Navigator will:

  • Serve as the primary point for contact for MAT patients enrolled in the program.
  • Work with prospective patients to explain the MAT program & provide education.
  • Outreach to all patients to remain engaged in the MAT program. (e.g. Schedule appointments, contact patients with missed appointments, maintain patients logs)
  • Provide support for prescribing physicians and mid-level providers.
  • Document patient encounters in the EHR system, utilizing templates to assist with consistency of documentation.
  • Participate in Community Outreach Events as scheduled.

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Priority given to candidates with lived experience, injection drug use/high risk.
  • Ability to interview and assess patients, using appropriate assessment tools, and observe, record and report on an individual’s ability to function.
  • Ability to communicate in a compassionate and professional manner with all patients and families.
  • Ability to interact effectively with all members of the MAT program team and other clinic members.
  • Ability to utilize technologies for gathering data to meet required measures and adhere to compliance requirements.
