We have provided more than three decades of exceptional care and support to people living with HIV, along with their loved ones. In 2017, we began expanding our services to ensure everyone has access to stigma-free, compassionate care.

We currently offer comprehensive social services and a growing number of medical services including medical case management for people with HIV or at risk for HIV, as well as free HIV and hepatitis C testing, mental health services, nutrition support and counseling, housing for those in need and transportation to and from medical appointments.

Client Services

We offer comprehensive client services for people living with HIV, including Case Management, Financial Assistance, Food Pantry & Nutritional Program, Housing Assistance & Transportation.

Education & Outreach

Our Health Education & Outreach programs seek to inform and teach the public about LGBT health equity, how to avoid HIV transmissions and to know your status–which is the key to prevention and ending the epidemic.

Family & Kids

The Wilbur May Family & Children’s Program provides support groups and counseling, annual family camp and recreational outings for 6-17 year olds impacted by HIV. How can we help your family?

Mental Health

In addition to individual and group counseling sessions, our mental health services include help with work and benefits, drug and alcohol abuse and a range of physical and mental health issues.


We help you manage the process for PrEP. Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis or PrEP, is a daily pill that is used to prevent HIV in someone who is HIV negative. Find out how to protect yourself.

Testing Services

We offer free, confidential and anonymous rapid HIV and Hepatitis C testing with no appointment needed. Pre and post test counseling is included, and results are ready in about 20 minutes.
