Clinic Manager   

Radiant Health Centers (RHC) seeks a Clinic Manager who is responsible for the daily management of the clinic.  This role ensures that quality care is provided, that patient flow/placement is efficient and that daily staffing needs are met to ensure an excellent patient experience.

The Clinic Manager’s role is to:

  • Assure effective communication among team and to patients to ensure patient satisfaction and quality care.
  • Monitor, evaluate and develop staff performance.
  • Monitor patient care for quality. Implement corrective measures when deficiencies are identified.
  • Assist with the preparation of the annual budget and monthly operation reports. Manage expenses within budget.
  • Conduct annual review, at minimum, of approved policies and procedures. Support new policy formulations.
  • Assess operations, based on findings, create and implement an improvement plan.
  • Manage facilities and equipment to avoid disruptions in service due to non-operational equipment. Manage inventory to ensure proper level of supplies.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualities and qualifications:

  • Minimum requirement is a Bachelor in either Science in Nursing or related field
  • Registered Nurse or clinical experience a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in public health field.
  • Ability to communicate in a compassionate and professional manner.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
  • Must be fully vaccinated and boosted.

Revenue Cycle Manager

Revenue Cycle Manager 

Radiant Health Centers (RHC) is looking for an experienced Revenue Cycle Manager to lead the development, implementation and management of the organization’s revenue cycle operations.  This is a unique opportunity to build the revenue cycle program from the ground up, establishing systems, workflows, and performance metrics in partnership with a third-party vendor.

Job Requirements:

  • Build and oversee the full revenue cycle function, from patient registration to claims submission and collections, ensuring compliance with FQHC requirements.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the organization and third-party billing vendors and monitor contractual KPIs.
  • Develop, document, and implement revenue cycle policies, procedures, and workflows that align with federal and state regulations, payer contract, and UDS reporting requirements.
  • Analyze billing and accounts receivable data; prepare reports to monitor cash flow, collections, denials, and aging trends.
  • Identify and address root causes of denials, underpayments, and delays in reimbursement.
  • Partner with clinical teams to ensure proper charge capture, coding accuracy, and documentation integrity.
  • Monitor and maintain sliding fee scale, ensuring compliance and accuracy in patient financial screenings.
  • Work with the CFO to support audit preparation, annual UDS submissions, Medicare and MediCal cost reports, and other fiscal analysis.
  • Oversee patient refund processing, adjustments, and reconciliations between the EMR and GL.
  • Develop and maintain strong payer relationships to proactively resolve claims and reimbursement issues.
  • Support provider credentialing and payer enrollment processes to ensure timely setup and reimbursement.

The ideal candidate must have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in healthcare billing or revenue cycle management.
  • Prior experience with FQHC or community health billing preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and reimbursement methodologies.
  • Experience working with third-party billing vendors.
  • Experience supporting provider credentialing and payor enrollment preferred.

Salary Range $95,000-$110,000

Data Analyst

Data Analyst     

Radiant Health Centers (RHC), seeks a Data Analyst to support our health center in all aspects of data analytics, including generation, analysis, insights and visualization.  Capable of swiftly consulting with colleagues who request data solutions and transforming data into timely, insightful reporting and relevant answers to ad hoc questions and scheduled reports.

Scope of work includes but is not limited to:

  • Own and support the data needs of the health center, including capturing requirements, visualization information and building dataset, reports, and dashboards.
  • Responsible for evaluating, clarifying and refining report requests to determine requestor’s needs and objectives, identifying appropriate methodology for extracting data including data sources and criteria, and ensuring the delivered report is accurate, timely, and formatted appropriately.
  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing and ad hoc reporting.
  • Develop and implement data management, and collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical accuracy and quality.
  • Participate in analysis, interpretation, and translating of complex health plan data, issues, trends and relationships into effective strategies and action plans.
  • Reports to the Director of Operations to understand and maintain focus on their analytical needs, including identifying critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decisionmakers.
  • Maintains active collaboration with COO and CFO on ongoing and future data management needs and new reporting requirements.
  • Proactively analyze data to answer key questions from stakeholders or out of self-initiated curiosity with an eye for what drive business performance, investigating and communicating areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity.

We are looking for a Data Analyst with the following qualities:

  • Proven analytical skills, including mining, evaluation, analysis and visualization.
  • Strong SQL or Excel skills with the ability to learn other analytical tools.
  • Practical experience with frameworks including XML, JavaScript, and ETL preferred.
  • Practical experience in statistical analysis using statistical packages including Excel, SPSS, and SAS preferred.
  • Experience working with EPIC, Business Objects, Tableau a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Management or Statistics
  • 3-5 years of experience preferred.
  • Provide proof of vaccination and boosted.

Salary Range – $75,000-$85,000
