A recent survey published by the Journal of Medical Internet Research found that 90.9% of participants felt that a virtual visit made it easy to get the care they needed. In addition, 81.9% of people also believed the telehealth appointment was as good as an in-person visit.
In another survey conducted by GoodRx, 40% of patients indicated that due to the availability of telehealth they do interact more with their providers.
