Celebrating Excellence and Compassion
One of the most anticipated moments of our 40th Annual Gala will be the recognition of this year’s award recipients. Honorees include both individuals whose compassion and leadership have made a lasting impact on healthcare access for the LGBTQ+ community and beyond. Their commitment to expanding access to inclusive, affirming care throughout Orange County has helped to remove barriers and expand vital services for all.
This year, we are proud to recognize an extraordinary group of honorees, including Jai Rodriguez with the Cultural Impact Award; Harper Steele with the Compassion Award; Dr. Duane Vajgrt and Jeff Benedick, along with Dr. Adrienne Matros and Rick Matros, with the Legacy Award; and Raven Kim with the Beacon of Hope Award. In addition, a special surprise honoree will be revealed live during the gala, adding one more meaningful moment to an unforgettable evening.
As we celebrate their achievements, we also honor the donors and advocates who have supported our mission for the past 40 years.

Since its founding 40 years ago, Radiant Health Centers has provided comprehensive healthcare services for all, with a special focus on the LGBTQ+ community and those living with and affected by HIV. What started as a grassroots response to urgent health needs has grown into a well-respected and highly trusted provider serving thousands of residents throughout Orange County and the surrounding areas each year.
Over the past four decades we have successfully expanded primary care, behavioral health services, case management and prevention programs to meet the changing needs of the individuals we serve. Our 40th Annual Gala celebrates the progress we have made while calling for support as we continue to work towards building a healthier, more equitable future.
